As a result of the introduction of the recurring street contributions, on October 27, 2021, at the first founding meeting of the BfR, Hannelore Pletz (spokesperson), Robert Jungert (deputy spokesperson), Heidi Knapp (secretary) and Karlheinz Hebermehl (treasurer) were unanimously elected to the board of directors newly founded BfR.
These four, as well as assessors Tina Bonn, Walter Bonn, Rolf Lipka, Helmuth Keller, Arnold Müller, Hans-Dieter Melchior, Klaus Schad and Peter Eberle have formed the BfR Executive Board from the first meeting to this day.

We, the citizens of Riedstadt, came together on Friday, February 19th, 2021, the anniversary of the death of the poet, doctor and revolutionary Georg Büchner, to plant a tree in his memory.
